Works solution provides capabilities that will help Turkcell visualize customer experience with higher accuracy and turn these insights into customer-centric actions. The solution significantly reduces drive test efforts; thus leading to lower carbon footprint while saving time, energy and costs for Turkcell. With this new agreement, P.I.
