She is an accomplished global human resources executive with more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Ms. Ling recently retired from her role as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). In this role, she oversaw all aspects of human capital management, including talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
